Fleet Wash Technician

Job Summary:
General labor position. Rinsing trailer interiors per specific procedure. Washing and detailing Plastic Express tractors inside and out. Wheel and tire polishing on tractors and trailers.
 
Essential Functions/Duties:

+ Wash and detail tractors inside and out

+ Wash trailers inside

+ Blow down or wash the inside of trailers

+ Wash out hoses

+ Polish and shine tires and wheels

+ Sweep and maintain the truck yard

+ Clean and maintain the wash area

+ Must be willing and able to perform work on top of tank trailers while utilizing required fall protection equipment.

+ Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Conduct pre-use inspections of wash equipment, hoses, ladders, fall protection equipment, and report any defects or safety concerns
