Fleet Supervisor

To schedule duties to the drivers on a daily basis and manage deliveries and returns.

To ensure the drivers are utilized to their fullest potential in a productive manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient and profitable driver schedules and routes to maximize profits.
• Manage drivers' working hours, delivery schedule, attendance, behavior and performance.
• Mentor, coach, and reward drivers for their performance.
• Provide drivers with routes and delivery information and maintain constant communication.
• Train drivers on smart driving and risk management protocols, safety standards, and other important procedures.
• Fuel Management: Minimize unnecessary costs and enhance fuel efficiency.
• Customer Service: Work toward excellent client service.
• Reporting: Identify challenges and obstacles in fleet operations, analyze performance and expenses of the fleet, monitor budgets and significant purchases, ...
