Job Summary
The Fleet Supervisor oversees the daily operations and maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet. This role ensures vehicles are properly maintained, compliant with regulations, and optimally utilized. The Fleet Supervisor manages drivers, coordinates maintenance schedules, monitors fuel and operational costs, and maintains safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle dispatch, maintenance, and scheduling.
- Monitor and enforce driver schedules, routes, and work performance.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
