Fleet Manager

Ashveer Transport Limited is seeking a highly motivated Fleet Manager to manage operations at our company in the Auckland Region in a full-time permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. The employee may work up to 40 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and play a key role in the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company's taxi and passenger transport fleet.
• Monitor fleet utilisation, vehicle availability, and operational performance to ensure efficient service delivery and maximise productivity.
• Develop and implement vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs, servicing, inspections, registrations, licensing, and certifications.
• Ensure all company vehicles comply with New Zealand transport regulations, safety requirements, insurance obligations, and passenger service licence conditions.
