Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Cass Clay Creamery is seeking a **Fleet Maintenance Supervisor** to lead daily shop operations and oversee mechanics responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on DFA-owned equipment. **Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Plan and manage daily/weekly maintenance schedules; prioritize workload to meet operational needs.
+ Supervise mechanics to ensure high-quality, timely repairs and maintenance.
+ Monitor shop financials, including labor, parts, and inventory; control costs and approve expenses within authority.
+ Review DVIRs and manage documentation using fleet management systems.
+ Ensure compliance with company policy, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
