Fleet Maintenance Leader – Diesel & Safety

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance staff and ensure safe, efficient vehicle operations. You will oversee training, scheduling, overtime, and coordination of repairs while maintaining quality and safety standards across the fleet.

The role requires 3 years of diesel/heavy-vehicle maintenance experience, OSHA/DOT knowledge, and strong communication. Expect to work nights and weekends with potential overtime in a dynamic waste operations
