Fleet Development Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or at another frequency dictated by the business.

The Fleet Development Manager serves as the primary fleet sales contact ensuring strong alignment between dealer priorities and country direction in support of the GM MEO business sales plan. This role is responsible for driving fleet targets while supporting retail objectives through disciplined execution, proactive customer engagement, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position also requires regular well‑planned monthly customer and dealer visits, meetings, and touchpoints with key strategic and government accounts while continuously expanding the customer base by identifying, establishing, and growing new business opportunities across government and key accounts.
