Fleet Controller (Junior & Senior)

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and update planned loads on the Fleet Management System (Soloplan).
• Allocate and coordinate loads to the assigned fleet.
• Ensure drivers receive loading instructions and are informed of any operational changes.
• Monitor truck movements and driver activity in real time.
• Ensure all scheduled collections and deliveries are completed on time.
• Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed of delivery progress and delays.
• Ensure PODs and supporting documentation are correctly scanned, submitted, and filed.
• Monitor diesel consumption and driver efficiency, escalating poor performance where required.
• Conduct driver debriefing sessions and assist with operational queries.
