We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker / Flagger and Flagger's mate to join a busy social housing team working on planned and reactive maintenance projects across residential properties.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in groundwork and paving who takes pride in delivering high-quality work within occupied social housing.

Your new role

Carry out general groundwork duties including:Flagging, slabbing, and paving repairs/replacementsConcreting and trenching worksDrainage and external repairs

Work on pathways, gardens, andmunal outdoor areas

Ensure all work ispleted in line with health & safety regulations

Deliver work to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents

Liaise professionally with tenants and site supervisors
