FIXED ASSETS ANALYST

Role Overview

The fixed assets analyst role assists the fixed assets team to process transactions to create, maintain, and dispose of fixed assets in SAP, engaging with various stakeholders in the business to ensure the asset register is up to date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions in SAP to create, maintain, and dispose of fixed assets.
• Set up project structures for budgeting.
• Maintain Project and Work Breakdown Structures; process allocations between projects and handle project closures at year end.
• Perform reconciliations as per business requirements.
• Ensure all assets are capitalized from assets under construction in a timely manner.
• Prepare asset journals.
• Manage unposted assets.
• Prepare reports and manage metrics as per business requirements.
