Fitters Team Leader

Job description: The Fitters department currently has a vacancy for an assertive, hands-on and attentive to detail individual to join their team as a Fitters Team Leader . Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Conducting mechanical inspections on all production machinery when required Ensure compliance of routine planned and preventative maintenance Hydraulic systems (leaks repairs, Filter change outs) Conveyor belts, drives, pulleys and replacement of rollers Lubrication tasks V-belts replacements Attend breakdowns when required on all Production machinery Fault finding on hydraulic systems Servicing of various hydraulic components Coordinate and plan day-to-day activities and the flow of tasks and responsibilities Drive C-Works maintenance system and ensure workshops utilization targets are met consistently Coordinate and monitor quality and efficiency of work processes and inter-departmental work flow, report any issues or possible improveme...
