**🕒 Shift:** 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

**💰 Pay:** $24–$28/hour (Based on Experience)

**What You'll Be Doing:**

✅ Perform MIG & Flux-Core welding on pipe and structural components

✅ Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings

✅ Prepare and fit pipe (bevels, 3/16 gap, no landing)

✅ Set up and maintain welding equipment

✅ Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy

✅ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
