Key Responsibilities: Assembly & Fitting Operations · Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications. · Perform fitting, alignment, adjustment, and installation of components. · Verify correct fitment of parts and assemblies. · Ensure assemblies meet dimensional and operational requirements. · Conduct mechanical inspections during assembly. · Ensure all work complies with customer and quality requirements. Refurbishment & Rebuild Activities · Dismantle and inspect worn or damaged components. · Assess component condition against refurbishment criteria. · Replace, repair, or refurbish components where required. · Reassemble refurbished units to OEM-equivalent standards. · Verify functionality and dimensional compliance following refurbishment. · Ensure refurbishment documentation is completed. · Assist Quality Inspectors during final inspections.
