Key Responsibilities

The position supports continuous improvement of overall manufacturing performance using standardization, development, and sustainability of plant operations in equipment, continuous improvement, QC functions, and supply excellence (SMED, 5S, TPM, AM, CI).

1. Corrective Maintenance
   • Ensure high quality repair work; set standards and enforce efficiency.
   • Diagnose malfunctioning systems with test equipment; locate causes and correct problems.
   • Inspect mechanical systems for hazards, defects, and needed adjustments; ensure compliance with codes.
   • Repair or replace mechanical equipment and fixtures using hand and power tools.
   • Adhere to Planned Maintenance system requirements, procedures, and reporting.
