Fit Out Assistant Technical Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Technical Manager to support the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors. The successful candidate will assist in managing technical engineering coordination and site execution activities while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Support the delivery of fit‑out projects from design through to handover.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress, quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical and construction‑related issues.
