This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, cleaning, filleting, portioning, and preparing a variety of fresh seafood while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety. The ideal candidate will have excellent knife skills, extensive seafood knowledge, and a commitment to delivering premium products that support exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and freshness of all seafood deliveries.
• Clean, scale, gut, fillet, skin, debone, and portion a variety of fish and seafood according to kitchen requirements.
• Ensure seafood is properly stored, labeled, and rotated following FIFO procedures.
