First-Line IT Support Specialist — Crypto Valley

Bitcoin Suisse AG in Zug is looking for a 1st Level IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues. You will provide support for hardware and software, manage incidents, and troubleshoot common issues.

The ideal candidate has an EFZ apprenticeship in IT or relevant experience, solid understanding of IT service desk processes, and fluency in both German and English. The role offers a flexible work environment and the possibility of receiving part of the salary in cryptocurrency.
