First Impressions Representative - Part-Time

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Service Specialist.

Job Summary: The First Impressions Representative is responsible for receiving customer phone calls courteously and respectfully, discovering the needs of Birchwood customers, and directing their calls appropriately.

Additional administrative or support tasks may be assigned as needs arise to support the overall efficiency of the team. The successful candidate will require excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

Shift : Monday or Tuesday evenings (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) and Saturdays for an 8-hour shift scheduled within operating hours of 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience is an asset
• Call center and/or switchboard experience is preferred
