Job Summary
Oversee and participate in the day‑to‑day operations of Sage Bistro, Catering, and Peter Wall Ideas Lounge. Responsible for leading a designated area of food preparation, production, and catering production while reporting to the Catering Coordinator, Commissary Cook, or unit Supervisor/Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate food preparation, production, and catering to meet daily unit and catering requirements.
- Supervise up to ten staff including second cooks, GWH, and food service workers.
- Provide training, direction, and workload coordination.
- Implement new menu plans, ensuring creative, upscale dining and catering service.
- Execute sophisticated menu plans that include West Coast cuisine, ethnic cookery, handcrafted canapes, and hors d’oeuvres.
