FIRE PROTECTION INSPECTOR

Summary You will serve as a FIRE PROTECTION INSPECTOR in the Federal Fire Department, Regional Public Safety of NAVAL BASE VENTURA COUNTY. Responsibilities You will identify hazardous conditions or practices to determine appropriate corrective action. You will evaluate engineering plans and specifications on new and modification construction structures. You will instruct training classes, lectures, and demonstrations on fire protection and prevention. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
