Finishing Foreman Anambra State Nigeria Our client in Nigeria is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the final stages of a high-end luxury private villa in Okija, Anambra State, with additional involvement in other premium projects across Abuja and Lagos. The project is entering its final phase after three years of construction, and the successful candidate will supervise all finishing contractors on site. The role requires strong expertise in luxury finishing works, including tiling, carpentry, joinery, plumbing final connections, decorative elements, and overall quality control. The Finishing Foreman will coordinate daily site activities, ensure adherence to drawings and specifications, monitor material usage, enforce HSE standards, and drive timely completion of all finishing tasks.
