Job Description
- To control and monitor production plans, manage and track daily production (Daily Production Plan) to efficiently achieve set targets.
- To monitor and control the proportion of C-Grade work and conduct root cause analysis to determine solutions and preventive measures.
- To monitor the operating condition of machinery and implement corrective actions when malfunctions occur to minimize impact on the production line.
- To oversee the work performance of employees in the organization to ensure strict adherence to regulations and safety standards.
- To inspect the accuracy of the first piece (First Piece/First Lot Confirmation) of each production batch to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- To inspect and control the quality of finished fabrics to ensure they meet customer specifications and standards.
