**Job Title: Finisher Operator**

**Shift : 7am - 3:30pm (Weekly Pay, Full Benefits)**

**Responsibilities**

+ Receive blade tips from upstream production in a manufacturing environment and verify that the incoming pieces match the required specifications.
+ Prepare blade tips for transfer to a cleanroom environment by completing all required finishing operations on each piece.
+ Use a sand stone to shave and flatten scissor tips, ensuring there are no abnormal bumps, irregularities, or surface defects.
+ Rub and guide blades on a wet stone to sharpen the cutting edges to the required standard.
+ Perform grinding operations on metal parts using appropriate tools and equipment to achieve smooth, accurate surfaces.
+ Carry out sanding and deburring activities to remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from blade tips.
