Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Review, validate, and reconcile weekly consultant timesheets.
Prepare and submit client invoices;
manage end-to-end billing cycles.
Support Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Process US payroll (W2 & 1099) using tools like ADP
Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks/Ceipal.
Perform bank, payroll, and AR/AP reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
