Financial Manager

What You'll Be Doing Manage the full finance function from AZ. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance. Oversee tax, VAT, and audit processes. Manage and mentor the finance team. Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls. Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making. What We're Looking For BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance. Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles. Approximately 3 years' post-articles experience in a Financial Management role. Previous managerial or team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of the full finance function. A confident, resilient, and proactive personality. Bilingual (English and Afrikaans preferred). Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
