Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee the full financial function of the dealership. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation and internal controls. Oversee creditors, debtors, general ledger and fixed assets. Reconcile manufacturer accounts and ensure accurate OEM reporting. Manage month-end and year-end financial processes. Analyse financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management. Lead, mentor and develop the finance team. Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry best practices. Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience as a Financial Manager within the motor dealership industry . Evolve experience is essential. Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems and financial controls. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
