Financial Manager

Duties: Managing the full finance function and overseeing day-to-day financial operations. Preparing monthly management accounts and delivering meaningful financial insights. Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Managing cash flow and working capital to support business objectives. Ensuring compliance with tax legislation, including SARS submissions and queries. Driving financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring. Partnering with operational teams to improve profitability and business performance. Identifying opportunities to strengthen financial controls and improve processes. Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance Manager role.
