Financial Manager

Job Description:

Take ownership of month-end reporting, including accruals, reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and financial close activities.
Prepare monthly management accounts, delivering detailed profit and loss analysis, balance sheet commentary, forecasting updates, and performance insights.
Partner with operational leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial projections.
Review project costs, labour recoveries, and commercial transactions to ensure accurate reporting and optimal cost recovery.
Manage invoicing, revenue recognition, cash flow monitoring, and debtor performance while improving working capital outcomes.
Analyse contract and project performance, providing clear commercial guidance and recommendations to key stakeholders.
