Responsibilities of the Finance Manager Overall financial management through the execution of the financial operating plan and strategy for the short, medium, and long-term. Develops and monitors standard operating processes/procedures, internal controls, and financial operations systems to manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department. Directs operations to meet financial and operational targets. Serves as the management liaison to the Board of Directors and audit committee by effectively communicating and presenting critical financial matters.
