Financial Manager

My client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Manager to lead and oversee the finance function within our organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in financial management, compliance, reporting, and team leadership. This role is based in Hartbeespoort. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting
Manage the full finance function and ensure the integrity of financial information across the business
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
Prepare and review management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end journals
Monitor financial performance and provide insightful analysis to support business decision-making
Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of accounting records
