We are looking for a high‑impact Finance Manager FP&A to act as a true business partner to our Product Line leadership team. This role sits at the heart of the business, providing forward‑looking insights, challenging assumptions, and driving performance across the full P&L. You will play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions, ensuring financial rigor, and enabling sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the finance lead for the Product Line, partnering closely with the General Manager and leadership team
• Provide clear insights on risks and opportunities, influencing both strategic and operational decisions
• Challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with company strategy and financial targets
• Drive accountability across the business for financial performance (Orders → Revenue → EBITDA → Cash)
