Lead and manage RecordâtoâReport finance processes within the Shared Service Centre
Review and approve journals, account reconciliations, and trial balances
Oversee monthâend and yearâend close processes and reporting cycles
Conduct balance sheet reviews with Commercial Finance stakeholders
Review financial controls and ensure accuracy and compliance across ledgers
Support preparation of statutory accounts and group audit processes
Handle reporting requirements, including monthly reporting and profitability analysis
Review intercompany accounts to ensure accurate and balanced reporting
Approach revenue recognition and accruals in collaboration with Commercial Finance teams
Upload and manage budgets within finance systems
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and controls
Lead and mentor the RTR team to meet SLA targets and deliver highâquality outputs
