Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead the full finance function for the division Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts and monthly variance analysis Deliver accurate month-end and year-end reporting Drive divisional profitability and EBIT performance Monitor and improve cash flow, working capital, DSO, DPO and WIP exposure Own treasury and banking relationships Ensure strong internal financial controls and governance Manage external and internal audits with clean audit outcomes Ensure compliance with IFRS, SARS, CIPC and all statutory requirements Liaise with banks, auditors, SARS, CIPC, STATSSA, guarantors, suppliers and customers Develop meaningful KPI dashboards and executive reporting Drive automation, process improvements and finance projects Mentor, develop and lead the finance team Build financial awareness across operational departments Minimum Requirements BCom Accounting, Financial Management or equivalent CIMA or SAIPA Profess...
