Financial Manager

Minimum Requirements: ✔ CIMA, SAIPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification ✔ Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role ✔ Proven experience managing and developing finance teams ✔ Strong management accounting and financial reporting expertise ✔ Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience ✔ Sound knowledge of IFRS and South African tax legislation ✔ Experience within shipping, maritime, freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries will be highly advantageous Key Responsibilities: ✔ Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports ✔ Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis ✔ Drive profitability and revenue analysis to support commercial decision-making ✔ Ensure compliance with IFRS, SARS, CIPC, and all statutory requirements ✔ Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and efficiencies ✔ Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Let's connect!
