Summary The Financial Manager serves as the senior financial expert and advisor for the James J. Peters VA Health Care System. This role oversees a complex integrated financial services system that supports effective management control across facility operations. Responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, workload analysis, and cost analysis, along with contributing to organizational planning, financial analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities Evaluate employee performance and provide advice, counseling, instruction, and career planning support. Identify training needs for all employees assigned to the Financial Management Service and ensure appropriate training is provided.
