FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST for the Surface Warfare Directorate in the Resourcing Branch of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS. Responsibilities You will serve as an advisor and assistant to the Resourcing Branch Head and Deputy. You will collaborate with Surface Warfare Resource Sponsors and external staffs to address key emergent issues, to include Budget Submitting Offices, Fleet, and codes under OPNAV and Deputies to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy. You will prepare and proliferate programming guidance and schedules. You will negotiate and resolve seams issues. You will apply programmatic scrutiny to RS issues in support of POM formulation and potential execution year re-programming and actions. You will apply knowledge in multiple appropriations, including development, procurement, maintenance, and military construction.
