FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST. Responsibilities You will formulate budgets and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities. You will review and evaluate budget requests, control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organizations programs and administrative operations. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets and provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds. You will perform a variety of other fiscal, accounting, or financial management duties and responsibilities.
