Financial Controller

About the Role

An established organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead its finance and accounting function. This role is responsible for financial planning, reporting, internal controls, compliance and providing strategic financial insight to senior leadership. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability and a hands‑on approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full finance function including budgeting, forecasting and monthly management reporting.

• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g. IFRS).

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, governance and financial policies.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital and treasury activities.

• Oversee payroll coordination, procurement controls and expense management.
