Financial Controller

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid South African ID (Essential). Unfortunately, work permits cannot be considered for this position.
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Hotel Accountant within a corporate or branded hotel environment (Essential)
• Experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel operation
• Strong understanding of hotel financial controls, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Excellent knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with hotel financial management systems advantageous
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills
• High level of integrity, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Willingness to relocate and live on the reserve
