Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company's performance.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts effectively.
• Supervise and lead the accounting & finance team to achieve organizational goals.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring internal controls are in place.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is MUST HAVE.
