Reboot Monkey is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Financial Assistant
to join our finance team.
This individual will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including managing accounts, assisting with budgeting, preparing financial reports, reconciling invoices, and helping ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Accounts Management & Recordkeeping
Assist with the daily management of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
Support the reconciliation of bank statements, accounts, and credit card transactions.
Manage petty cash and other small transactions as required.
Reconciling Invoices
Reconcile invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and vendor contracts to ensure accuracy.
Review and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.
