Financial Analyst, Recoveries (Toronto)

Overview

Choice Properties is looking for a Financial Analyst, Recoveries, to join our team. Reporting directly to the Manager, Tenant Recovery, the Financial Analyst, Recoveries will play a key role in managing the full cycle of accounting for revenue generating properties within the portfolio. The Financial Analyst, Recoveries must be a self-starter, a strategic thinker and have a service-oriented attitude that fosters continuous improvement of services and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and ongoing transformation of specialized recovery software with ERP system.
• Establish recovery models for tenants based on review and interpretation of the tenant lease recovery checklist (all asset classes).
• Reconcile lease shortfall, ensuring property slippage is understood and explained.
