Financial Analyst

Satellite Teams is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making across Satellite Teams’ operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, operations, and client-facing teams to analyze financial performance, prepare forecasts, and provide actionable insights that drive sustainable growth.

Job Duties

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor revenue, expenses, margins, and KPIs across clients and teams
• Identify trends, variances, and financial risks, and provide recommendations

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Track budget performance and flag discrepancies
• Support workforce and cost modeling for new and existing client accounts
