We are looking for a Financial Analyst.
The Financial Analyst plays a key role in expense reporting, expense analysis, and budget development for Workplace Benefits & Retirement, Canada Operations & Business Enablement, and Bengaluru Operations. This position involves performing analysis, tracking data, and developing applications, reports, worksheets, and procedures to support these processes.
What You Will Do
- Analyze, report, and investigate expense variances and forecast results based on findings
- Maintain and manage all expense analysis and reporting worksheets
- Develop and maintain budget tools
- Prepare financial reporting and reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Correspond effectively with various stakeholders
- Ensure all processes and procedures are accurately documented and updated in real time
- Assist in ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned
