+ The purpose of the role is to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of payroll operations by analyzing payroll data, monitoring controls, and providing insights that support effective decision making.
+ The role focuses on identifying discrepancies, trends, and risks within payroll processes while ensuring adherence to legal, statutory, and company requirements.
+ By transforming payroll data into meaningful analysis and recommendations, the Payroll Analyst supports continuous process improvement, audit readiness, cost control, and reliable reporting for HR, Finance, and leadership stakeholders.
