Requirements BCom Accounting or equivalent. Professional accounting designation (SAIPA, CIMA, AGA, or similar). Experience in financial accounting, reporting, and internal control environments. Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate finance and support staff effectively.
