Financial Accountant

Job Experience & Skills Required: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field ( BCom, BCom Honours, or equivalent ) Completed SAICA, SAIPA, or SAIBA Articles advantageous, but not essential Experience in financial management, financial reporting, budgeting, costing, or commercial finance Knowledge of IFRS, SOX, and/or US GAAP advantageous Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Syspro advantageous Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and provide strategic financial support to stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills Experience within the Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Logistics industries highly advantageous Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Results-driven with strong attention to detail and commercial acumen Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and o...
