Financial Accountant

Job Description: Manage the full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance across multiple entities. Process and capture financial transactions while maintaining accurate general ledgers and reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Manage VAT, PAYE, UIF, and statutory compliance requirements. Process payroll and maintain employee records, leave schedules, and deductions. Administer tenant lease agreements, monthly invoicing, and rental income tracking. Coordinate travel arrangements and provide operational support to medical representatives. Reconcile fleet card expenses, logbooks, and subsidiary allowances. Assist with month-end and year-end processes and prepare financial and payroll reports. Work closely with and provide support to the Chartered Accountant where required. Skills & Experience: Minimum 10 years' relevant accounting experience.
