Finance Transformation Analyst

Overview

Bell is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to support and accelerate the transformation of the financial close and reporting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to complete process mapping, understand requirements, and translate into future‑state workflows.
• Identify and implement AI/automation and other process improvements that reduce manual activities, improve efficiency, strengthen data quality, and enhance decision‑making.
• Manage project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to support execution.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis across multiple systems and data sources (e.g., BigQuery or enterprise data warehouses).
• Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy).
