Work environment Indian Oil and Gas Canada (IOGC) manages and regulates oil and gas resources on designated First Nation lands across Canada. IOGC is a special operating agency within Indigenous Services Canada and operates under a dual mandate to meet fiduciary and statutory obligations related to First Nation oil and gas resources.
